Organisation  

I am naturally a very organised person and find comfort in detailed planning.
As well as diaries, calendars and reminders to maximise my organisation skills, I am familiar with using software such as Monday and Google Suite. All of my professional experience has demanded a high standard of organisation and will be a quality I apply to any future role.

Commitment and Dedication  
 
With anything I undertake I remain fully committed throughout, as well as giving everything 100% effort. I do not give up and am dedicated to utilising my skills and developing my portfolio. As well as leading a team, I thoroughly enjoying being a part of one, in which case commitment to making sure you are not letting anyone down will always be on my conscious.

Communication  
 
Throughout my experience I have been able to adapt my communication skills to transfer information and work alongside a diverse range of people. This also includes communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring clients are always met with a friendly tone where they can trust that their specific requirements will be listened to and delivered. Communication is essential to any project, from pitching to constructing emails, an appropriate and clear voice is one that I am able to convey with both. Public speaking has been a task I have had to undertake on a couple of projects and feel confident in doing more of this in the future.

Adaptability and Effective People Skills 
 
Being adaptable enables me to alter my actions, personal approach and communication technique to ensure maximum success when working professionally. This skill will be an asset to any future opportunities I am fortunate enough to be a part of. 

I enjoy meeting new people as I believe we have something useful to gain from everyone we meet.  
I am also able to read a situation well enough to understand where adaptability will be needed to resolve a problem and negotiate.
