End

In Residency was an exhibition that I really enjoyed working on. As project manager I worked closely with the whole team, especially assistant curator Claire English. We all had a clear goal to achieve when creating this project. It was important to work with the art students to exhibit their art work as they wanted it to be displayed for everyone that came onto the site to enjoy.
As project manager I also was responsible for a multitude of roles, these roles were especially centered around marketing, stakeholder management, artists liaison and to also maintain contact with other members of the team to ensure they were happy and also meeting goals on time.
The night was a great success and working in a curator position allowed me to expand my creative portfolio.

Skills used and developed during this project:

- Teamwork
- Resourcefulness
- Leadership
- Negotiation
- Communication
- Organisation
